Always have fun, eat only until satisfied rather than stuffed or full, and enjoy everything you put in your mouth.
Whenever you’re hungry, eat! And enjoy it, no guilt, no shame. If it’s not worth the calories, eat something else. If you’re going to splurge on a piece of cake, be sure it’s a piece of cake you’re going to enjoy.
Having a good, solid workout is no reason to stray from good eating habits. Stick to your goals.
Work out early, work out often.

Let your old best become your new worst. Get into your healthy range and stay there. This time, the change will be for good.
Focus on your portions. Decide before you start, eat half or have the perfect amount of bites, forkfuls and spoonfuls and allow your hunger to be your guide. Set your own limits, regardless of the situation. Do NOT passively finish food in front of you.
DO actively take charge and take control of what and how much you choose to eat.
Weigh yourself every day. The scale is now your friend. Become comfortable with the fluctuation in your weight and acknowledge to yourself that it is slowly changing over time. Rather than being discouraged by setbacks, be encouraged by your progress. Play with the scale and enjoy the ride.
Feel good and be happy and proud of your progress. Encourage and foster both support and accountability. Shout it out loud to yourself, your coaches, your family, your friends and the world!
